Transparent and straightforward shop that took care of my 100K+ mile Tesla when I had a series of problems stemming from not being able to get maintenance issues addressed in the past. Cesar and the whole team at Electron Automotive is obviously a conscientious group of educated and skilled techs who take pride in their business. Great communication and vehicle intake invoicing.

Response from the owner

Hey Kathleen thank you for your amazing review!! Cesar is definitely a fan favorite here. As a team we strive in providing the best service anyone can provide.

I love these guys! The most honest automotive spot! I recommend them to everyone! I will always come here and I will always own a Prius/electric car. I’ll be loyal to them forever! I recommend them to my sis and she loved them too! I’m sorry there was nothing wrong w my car, I’m sure I’ll be back soon. Ps I went to CPP too. Dietetics 🙋🏽‍♀️

I cannot say enough good things about Electron Automotive. I have had numerous problems with my 2017 Kia Niro and every time I took my car there, I have not been disappointed but on the contrary felt huge relief about the cost and solution they offered. The latest was how their meticulous notes on the diagnostics helped me win the battle with Kia dealer who was refusing to acknowledge the current problem to be related to safety recall. Christian and Cesar and their master technician’s feedbacks to me were invaluable tools for me to get back to Kia dealership and their Customer Care. Thank you so much everyone at Electron Automotive for your integrity and awesome customer service!

Another dealership bites the dust, hahah.. You're very welcome Susan anything we can do here to help, we will do it at its finest. Cesar and Christian are amazing and we are more than happy to have them on our team. I will make sure the entire staff knows you gave them a shout out.

Coty Hsu

I asked for a quote and got a quick and professional suggestion from them, happy to find such a reliable auto shop around, highly recommend.

Thank you Coty! Hope your Prius treats you well, and we will be here to help you keep it running for a long time!

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Cabe Toyota regarding my 2012 Prius. After just one visit, they were unable to diagnose and repair the issue with my hybrid vehicle. Fortunately, I found Electron Automotive, a truly reliable and trustworthy shop. Cesar was absolutely phenomenal! His exceptional expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction are traits that truly set him apart. Cesar took care of me from start to finish, ensuring that my Prius was properly diagnosed and repaired. His professionalism, courtesy, and communication skills made the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend Electron Automotive for hybrid car repairs. They're the best! Avoid Cabe Toyota for hybrid repairs and go straight to Electron Automotive. Cesar deserves a huge round of applause for his outstanding work! Electron Automotive deserves ten stars! Extremely satisfied!

Thanks R.J.!! Another dealer bites the dust!! haha! We are very happy to have Cesar as part of the team. I will make sure he gets all the credit he deserves. Thank you for your phenomenal review and see you next time around.

Dear Ceasar and Chris, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent job you did on my Volt repair last week. Your expertise and attention to detail were truly appreciated, and I feel confident driving my Volt once again thanks to you guys. I especially appreciate your clear communication about the repairs needed to my Volt. Thank you two for providing such reliable service. Sincerely, Martin E.

Thank you Martin for the shout out. These two guys are definitely hidden gems in the industry. I'm glad we were able to get your vehicle running once again and get you back on the road with confidence.
