Using the 2004-2009 Toyota Prius hybrid as an example, our proprietary technology allows us to accurately measure the elements contained in each of the 168 cells that make up 2004-2009 Toyota Prius hybrid battery packs. These 11 elements determine the exact state of health of every individual cell. We utilize our technology to revitalize and remanufacture the cells to perform better in almost every way. Internal resistance is lowered, capacity is increased. Separator degradation rate is improved.
All modules are stress tested under simulated real life conditions on another one of our proprietary machines. Each cell is balanced and then matched with 167 other cells of equivalent quality, durability and longevity. The 168 matched and balanced cells are divided into 28 Prismatic modules with each module containing 6 matched and balanced cells. The modules are then numbered in a very specific order to ensure the best performance and longest service life possible.
