It is so nice to be able to give a good review on an auto repair shop. I just had to post a bad one on another place but I am very pleased with Electron Automotive. After hearing a lot of potential nightmares from the other place about what might be wrong with my car, Electron told me right up front how much it was going to be to diagnose the issue and do a complete inspection. The price was reasonable, so I went ahead. Based on what the other place 'diasnosed', I was expecting possibly bad coils, rods, pistons; major engine work. Very pleased to hear it only needed a tuneup. They had me in and out in less than two hours and the car runs great! They also texted me a comprehensive report of the inspection complete with pictures and repairs I will need to take care of 'down the road'. If you own a hybrid,this place is definitely a keeper! They were also friendly and have a clean waiting room with accommodations. While I was waiting, there was a local car dealer waiting for one of his cars to get checked up. He had nothing but good to say about the place as well.

This review is long overdue. I have been taking my Prius to Electron for a couple years now after Toyota of Orange wanted to charge me 700$ to replace the hybrid battery fan. Electron charged me 60$ instead to simply to clean it, and have had zero issues since. My girlfriend now also takes her car there. For a group of young guys/gals, everyone at Electron has been remarkably honest, respectful, and best of all, no one calls you "boss" when you walk through the door. Lastly, the best thing that Electron does is that they provide you a complete, itemized, online report of any issues with your car (including photos) ranked by priority. Allowing you to choose which repairs to do now and giving you a record of what needs to be done in the future. I highly recommend Electron to anyone needing service on their hybrid vehicle.

Out here in NJ my 2006 Prius’s hybrid battery suddenly kicked the bucket, as they do at 150k miles. With a rebuild kit shipped quickly from Electron, I was back on the road in a few days. Great installation instruction video, and a fun project quite manageable for a do-it-yourselfer.

Transparent and straightforward shop that took care of my 100K+ mile Tesla when I had a series of problems stemming from not being able to get maintenance issues addressed in the past. I cannot say enough good things about Electron Automotive. I have had numerous problems with my 2017 Kia Niro and every time I took my car there, I have not been disappointed but on the contrary felt huge relief about the cost and solution they offered.
