You have options in today’s hybrid battery marketplace and there is no better or more affordable way to restore the performance, power and fuel economy of your hybrid than with a New Hybrid Battery with Brand New Cylindrical Cells from Electron.  Our New Hybrid Batteries are built to a higher standard than dealership replacement batteries, have longer warranties and are significantly less expensive.

New hybrid batteries are built using our own proprietary cutting-edge technology and include brand new factory fresh cylindrical hybrid battery modules/cells, all new nickel-plated copper bus bars, new wiring harnesses, new plastic bus bar covers, new chemically treated anti-corrosion hardware, new heavy gauge high voltage wire and new insulated rod covers.

NEW CYLINDRICAL BATTERY MODULE  –  EACH CYLINDRICAL BATTERY MODULE IS EQUIVALENT TO 2 PRISMATIC BATTERY MODULES

The new innovative cylindrical hybrid battery modules outperform the original prismatic modules which allows your hybrid battery to be restored to its original condition or better.  Not only will you be restoring your battery to above original factory specifications, but the mileage on your new hybrid battery will start at zero.

                                                                       ORIGINAL PRISMATIC BATTERY MODULE

New complete hybrid batteries are shipped FREE of Charge in the Continental U.S. and include Prepaid Return Shipping Labels,  detailed installation instructions and 36 Month/45,000 Mile “No Hassle” Warranties.   Our brand-new hybrid batteries are the best performing, most dependable and longest lasting hybrid batteries on the market today.

FITS HYBRID VEHICLES – This new hybrid battery is guaranteed to fit correctly and is considered a direct replacement part for 2012-2013 Toyota Prius V Hybrids.

NEW CYLINDRICAL HYBRID BATTERY PACK MODULES/CELLS – Our new complete hybrid batteries and rebuild kits use the very latest in hybrid battery cell technology; cylindrical modules/cells.  The original Toyota Prius V Battery Pack used 28 Prismatic battery modules paired in 14 blocks, but our new replacement hybrid battery pack & battery rebuild kit for 2012-2013 Toyota Prius V uses just 14 Cylindrical battery modules to make up the same 14 blocks.  The new cylindrical modules are 100% backwards compatible with your original battery pack and use the same wiring harness, temperature sensors, mounting hardware and battery enclosure. The cylindrical shape allows better airflow throughout the battery pack and eliminates the problem of interior Prismatic modules overheating & failing early.

Why We Need Your Old Hybrid Battery?

Your old hybrid battery and battery components have value to us.  The modules and cells may not function properly as a unit, but some of the cells are still in good shape and other components may be perfectly fine.  We remanufacture the good modules/cells, clean-up components that are still in good shape and replace the parts that don’t meet our high standards.  In the right hands, these parts become fully functional and dependable hybrid batteries that add years of life to hybrids for a fraction of  what dealerships charge.

Reusing and remanufacturing battery components keeps our manufacturing costs down and we pass those savings on to our customers. In addition, returning your old hybrid batteries and components helps preserve and replenish our natural resources.  Reusing, recycling and remanufacturing whenever possible pays short and long term benefits to our environment and allows future generations to enjoy the wonders of nature just like we have.
