It informs the other computers in the event of a failure, and even makes sure the battery is properly charged and discharged without damage to the battery. A properly functioning BCM is imperative for a properly functioning hybrid battery. All BCMs are tested in live vehicles for proper operation after remanufacturing and guaranteed to be free of defects in the product and craftsmanship.

Your old hybrid battery control module must be returned to Electron within 30 days of purchase in order for your entire deposit to be fully refundable.  The return period can be extended for a maximum of up to five (5) days if there are extenuating circumstances, but Electron must be notified in writing at least 48 hours prior to the expiration of your thirty (30) days from purchase date.
