2. Save the packaging your replacement Voltage Harness Set arrives in or use an appropriate shipping box. Securely package your original Voltage Harness and Bus Bar Assembly for return.
3. Seal the package and attach the Prepaid Return Shipping Label included with your order.
4. Follow the carrier instructions provided with your return label to ship the original components back to Electron Hybrid Solutions.
5. Once your returned components are received and processed, your $49 core deposit will be refunded or credited to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.

Electron reserves the right to extend the “Return Within 30 Days of Purchase Policy” at their sole discretion if a customer has extenuating circumstances. Electron must receive written notification at least 48 hours in advance of the expiration of the 30 days from purchase policy and extensions are granted at the sole discretion of Electron Automotive and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
