Once we receive your old safety plug, we will refund your deposit back to you within 3-5 business days.  Old/Used Safety Plugs must be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive full refund.  Refundable deposits apply to shipped orders only.  No deposit is required if picked up in person or if the plug is being installed by Electron.

Returning Your Old Safety Plug to Electron – Once your new/remanufactured safety plug has arrived, you can put your old/used safety plug back into the same packaging and simply use the prepaid return shipping label to send it back to us.  Once we receive your old/used safety plug, your deposit will be fully refunded within 3-5 business days.
