You have options in today’s hybrid battery marketplace and there is no better or more affordable way to restore the performance, power and fuel economy of your hybrid than with a Hybrid Battery Rebuild Kit with Brand New Cylindrical Cells from Electron.  Our New Hybrid Batteries Kits are built to a higher standard than dealership replacement batteries, have longer warranties and are significantly less expensive.

Our hybrid battery rebuild kits with brand new cylindrical cells are built using our own proprietary cutting-edge technology and include brand new factory fresh cylindrical hybrid battery modules/cells, all new nickel-plated copper bus bars, new wiring harnesses, new plastic bus bar covers, new chemically treated anti-corrosion hardware, new heavy gauge high voltage wire and new insulated rod covers.

NEW CYLINDRICAL BATTERY MODULE –  EACH CYLINDRICAL BATTERY MODULE IS EQUIVALENT TO 2 PRISMATIC BATTERY MODULES

The new innovative cylindrical hybrid battery modules outperform the original prismatic modules which allows your hybrid battery to be restored to its original condition or better.  Not only will you be restoring your battery to above original factory specifications, but the mileage on your new hybrid battery will start at zero.

                                                                        ORIGINAL PRISMATIC BATTERY MODULE

Hybrid Battery Rebuild Kits with brand new cylindrical cells are shipped FREE of Charge within the Continental U.S. + Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico and include Prepaid Return Shipping Labels,  detailed installation instructions and 36 Month/45,000 Mile “No Hassle” Warranties.

FITS HYBRID VEHICLES –This hybrid battery rebuild kit is guaranteed to fit correctly and is considered a direct replacement part for 2006-2009 Lexus RX400H Hybrids.

NEW CYLINDRICAL HYBRID BATTERY PACK MODULES/CELLS – Our new rebuild kits use the very latest in hybrid battery cell technology; cylindrical modules/cells.  The original Lexus RX400H Hybrid Battery Pack used 30 Prismatic battery modules paired in 15 blocks, but our new replacement hybrid battery pack uses just 15 Cylindrical battery modules to make up the same 15 blocks.

The new cylindrical modules are 100% backwards compatible with the original battery pack and use the same wiring harness, temperature sensors, mounting hardware and battery enclosure. The cylindrical shape allows better airflow throughout the battery pack and eliminates the problem of interior Prismatic modules overheating & failing early.

REFUNDABLE CORE DEPOSITS

Core Deposits are fully refundable on all new and remanufactured hybrid battery rebuild kits that are shipped prior to the return or exchange of the customer’s old hybrid battery components.  The Refundable Core Deposit on this hybrid battery rebuild kit is $700.00 and it will be added to your order during checkout.

Your core deposit will be fully refunded or credited to your credit card within 2-5 days from receipt/return of your old battery components.   You must return your old hybrid battery components to Electron within 30 days of purchase for your core deposit to be fully refundable.  The return period can be extended for a maximum of five (5) days if there are extenuating circumstances, but Electron must be notified in writing at least 48 hours prior to the expiration of your thirty (30) days from purchase date.

Core Deposits are not required for in-shop, local mobile or nationwide mobile installation services. The exchange or return of old hybrid batteries takes place at the time of service or installation, so no core deposit is required.  Customers that prefer keeping their old hybrid battery or components can do so by adding an amount equal to the core deposit to the purchase price of their hybrid battery or battery rebuild kit.

Why We Need Your Old Hybrid Battery?

Your old hybrid battery and battery components have value to us.  The modules and cells may not function properly as a unit, but some of the cells are still in good shape and other components may be perfectly fine.  We can remanufacture the good modules/cells and clean-up components that are in good shape to build remanufactured hybrid batteries for other hybrid owners.  For complete details on our Refundable Core Deposit Policy Click Here.

Returning your old hybrid battery modules, cells and other components keeps our manufacturing costs down and we pass those savings along to our customers.  Reusing battery components reduces the amount of fuel, energy and pollution used to  manufacture new parts and it’s much better for our environment.
