Our fully remanufactured hybrid  batteries are the most technologically sound, properly tested and professionally matched remanufactured hybrid batteries on the market today.   The technology to diagnose the health, longevity and properties of each cell in a hybrid battery pack didn’t exist when Electron was founded over a decade ago, so we developed a proprietary battery diagnostic technology that could.  Our technology allows us to accurately determine the health, properties and lifespan of every battery cell in your hybrid battery pack.

Bad cells are discarded in an ecologically sound manner and the remaining cells are remanufactured to perform better in almost every way.  Internal resistance is lowered, capacity is increased and separator degradation rate is improved.

All modules are then stress tested under simulated real life conditions on another one of our proprietary machines. Each cell is balanced and matched with other cells of equivalent quality, durability and longevity.  The newly remanufactured Prismatic modules are then numbered in a very specific order to ensure the best performance and longest service life possible.

We offer FREE SHIPPING within the Continental U.S. on all of our remanufactured complete hybrid batteries and they come with Prepaid Return Shipping Labels. Customers also receive detailed installation instructions, access to our how-to video library, ASE Certified Hybrid Technical Support and 12 Month/15,000 Mile No Hassle Warranties.

Your old hybrid battery must be returned within 30 days of purchase in order for your entire deposit to be fully refundable.  The return period can be extended for a maximum of up to five (5) days if there are extenuating circumstances, but Electron must be notified in writing at least 48 hours prior to the expiration of your thirty (30) days from purchase date.

We ship complete hybrid batteries to our customers FREE OF CHARGE and provide PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABELS for our customers to ship their old hybrid batteries back to us.

Why We Need Your Old Hybrid Battery?

Your old hybrid battery has value to us.  The modules and cells in your old battery may not function properly as a unit, but some of the cells are still in good shape and other components may be perfectly fine.  Bad cells are disposed of in an ecologically sound manner and we remanufacture the cells that meet our quality standards. We clean-up or replace the other battery components that are still in good shape and use them to build remanufactured hybrid batteries for other hybrid owners.

Returning your old hybrid battery modules, cells and other components helps us keep our remanufacturing costs down and we pass those savings along to our customers.  Reusing hybrid battery components reduces the amount of fuel, energy and pollution used to manufacture new parts and reusing is always better for our environment than replacing.  Customers that prefer to keep their old hybrid batteries can do so by adding an amount equal to the core deposit to the purchase price of their remanufactured hybrid battery.
