Our fully remanufactured hybrid battery rebuild kits are the most technologically sound, properly tested and professionally matched remanufactured hybrid battery rebuild kits on the market today.   The technology to accurately test and diagnose the health, longevity and properties of each individual cell of a hybrid battery didn’t exist when Electron was founded over a decade ago.  Rather than use inferior off-the-shelf diagnostic equipment, we developed our own battery diagnostic technology with the ability to accurately measure the health, properties and lifespan of each cell that makes up your hybrid battery pack.

Hybrid batteries for 2005-2007 Honda Accords contain 20 cylindrical battery modules with each module containing 6 cells.  Our proprietary technology allows us to run an extensive array of tests on all 120 cells to determine each cells properties and health.  Bad and questionable cells are discarded in an ecologically sound manner and the remaining cells are remanufactured to perform better in almost every way.  Internal resistance is lowered, capacity is increased and separator degradation rate is improved.

All modules and cells are stress tested under simulated real life conditions and than balanced and matched with 119 other cells of equivalent quality, durability and longevity.    The 120 matched and balanced cells create the 20 individual cylindrical battery modules that make up the hybrid battery for 2005-2007 Honda Accords.  Newly remanufactured modules are then numbered in a very specific order to ensure the best performance and longest service life possible. Our remanufactured hybrid battery rebuild kits are shipped Free of Charge to our customers preferred location within the Continental U.S. + Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

SPECIFICATIONS

• Cell Type – Cylindrical High-Performing NiMH chemistry.
• Cell Condition – Fully Remanufactured
• Improved Cell Capacity – After the remanufacturing is performed, all cells have an improved capacity allowing for more and longer-lasting power.
• Improved Internal Resistance – The remanufacturing process lowers the internal resistance of the cells. The lower resistance is to electrical flow, the more power the cells can provide.
• Precision Cell Matching – Electron has developed the very latest hybrid battery remanufacturing technology, which insures optimum cell-matching, cell-balancing, improved performance, and longevity. Our proprietary equipment uses a multi-dimensional grading process to select battery cells that match by using 11 different parameters, not just capacity and voltage. All modules are numbered to ensure proper matching and balancing.

FEATURES

• Battery Kit Upgrades – Upgrades over original battery components include new nickel-plated copper bus bars and new chemically treated hardware to prevent corrosion.
• Inspected & Rigorously Tested– Battery Kits undergo detailed inspections and rigorous testing. Electron ensures that all battery kit modules pass 11 different validation gateways, visual and performance inspections.
• Precision Cell Matching – Electron uses their own cutting-edge technology to insure optimum cell-matching compatibility, improved performance, and longevity. Our proprietary software uses a multi-dimensional grading process to select only the cells that will provide high performance.
• Ready-to-Install – Our remanufactured hybrid battery rebuild kits are extremely easy to assemble and install.  No programming is required, and Electron provides detailed assembly and installation instructions, links to our “How-To” Video Library and complementary technical support from our team of ASE Certified Hybrid Technicians.
