REFUNDABLE CORE DEPOSITS

Core Deposits are completely refundable deposits on hybrid battery and rebuild kit purchases that are being shipped prior to the return or exchange of your old hybrid battery or battery components.  The amount of the core deposit will be added to your order during checkout and your deposit is fully refunded when you return your old hybrid battery components to Electron within 30 days of purchase.

The Refundable Core Deposit on this hybrid rebuild kit is $199.00 and it will be added to your order during checkout. Your core deposit will be fully refunded when you return your old hybrid battery components to Electron within 30 days of purchase.  Core Deposits are not required for in-shop, local mobile or nationwide mobile installation services. The exchange or return of old hybrid batteries takes place at the time of service or installation, so no core deposit is required.  The return period can be extended for a maximum of five (5) days if there are extenuating circumstances, but Electron must be notified in writing at least 48 hours prior to the expiration of your thirty (30) days from purchase date.

Your old hybrid battery components have value to us.  The modules and cells in your old hybrid battery may not function properly as a unit, but some of the cells are still in good shape and other components may be perfectly fine.  We can remanufacture the good modules/cells and clean-up components that are still in good shape to build hybrid batteries for other hybrid owners.
