If a refundable core deposit was required on your purchase, you will also receive a pre-paid return shipping label. Your hybrid battery product from Electron Hybrid Solution will come in special reusable packaging and a pre-paid return shipping label for your old battery product. Simply unpack your Electron battery product, put your old battery product into the same box with the provided pre-paid return shipping label, and send it back to Electron. Once we receive your old battery product, your refundable core deposit will be credited back to your credit card within 3-5 business days. It’s that easy!

Your old hybrid battery product must be returned to Electron within 30 days of purchase for your core deposit to be fully refundable.
