BATTERY RETURN POLICY
*All batteries that are shipped will require a Core Deposit that is 100% Refundable.
To return your old hybrid battery/core, please follow the instructions and use the Return Shipping Label that were included with your new hybrid battery.
It is important to return all of the parts that came with your old hybrid battery including the include all of the partreturn the core battery in the same manner that you received your replacement battery. This includes the pallet it arrived on and all reusable straps. If you are in need of a new set of instructions or a new return shipping label, please contact Electron customer support at:

You can purchase a pre-paid shipping label that covers the cost of return shipping for your core battery. This pre-paid shipping label covers the cost of shipping the core back to Electron using the same services that were used to ship your battery to you.
If your battery was shipped to a Residential Address, please call us at 1- 800-804-2003 or email us at email@example.com so that we can schedule a pick-up. Upon pick-up, you will need to give the pre-paid shipping label to the driver. If you do not require Lift-gate service, please be prepared to lift the pallet onto the truck with 2 people.
If your battery was shipped to a Business Address please call us at 1- 800-804-2003 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can schedule a pick-up. You will need to give the pre-paid shipping label to the driver and if you do not require lift-gate service, please be prepared to lift the pallet onto the truck with 2 people and a forklift or a shipping dock.
All cores/old hybrid batteries must reach Electron within 30 days of the original purchase date in order to receive a full refund of your core deposit. If you need additional time, please contact us before your 30 days has expired to make other arrangements. Cores/Old Hybrid Batteries should be shipped to Electron using the same shipping company used for the delivery. Please make sure to return the complete core battery, including the computer, fan and other components of the battery. Missing parts from the core/old battery will be deducted from your core deposit refund. In addition, any damage due to improper shipping will be deducted from the core deposit. Please strap down your battery tightly and make sure straps are not hanging off the pallet.
If additional services such as lift gate service or residential delivery service are required for shipping, but were not paid for at checkout, the amount of those services will be deducted from the core deposit.
Once we receive your complete core/old hybrid battery, 100% of your core deposit will be refunded to you within 2-3 business days.
