The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence, ASE, is an independent authority organization and professional certification group that provides certification to automotive repair professionals, auto repair and auto diagnostic shops.

ASE was founded in 1972 as a non-profit organization in response to consumers needing to distinguish between potentially incompetent and competent automotive technicians and auto repair shops. Their vision was to improve the vehicle service and repair industry by certifying automotive repair professionals and shops. Their testing and certifying process are regarded as one of the most reliable authorities.

ASE protects the automotive service consumer, shop owner and the automotive technician. It ensures vehicle owners and automotive repair and diagnostics shops have access to the best automotive repair professionals. They certify the automotive technician professional so they can offer tangible proof of their technical knowledge. ASE Certification testing means peace of mind for auto service managers and customers.

To gain an ASE certification an automotive repair professional’s needs to demonstrate required technical knowledge in automotive repair. Around 300,000 automotive repair professionals are ASE certified and the certified professionals are equipped with the know-how with all parts of the vehicle service and repair industry.

Transparent and straightforward shop that took care of my 100K+ mile Tesla when I had a series of problems stemming from not being able to get maintenance issues addressed in the past. Cesar and the whole team at Electron Automotive is obviously a conscientious group of educated and skilled techs who take pride in their business. Great communication and vehicle intake invoicing.

I love these guys! The most honest automotive spot! I recommend them to everyone! I will always come here and I will always own a Prius/electric car. I’ll be loyal to them forever! I recommend them to my sis and she loved them too! I’m sorry there was nothing wrong w my car, I’m sure I’ll be back soon. Ps I went to CPP too. Dietetics 🙋🏽‍♀️

I cannot say enough good things about Electron Automotive. I have had numerous problems with my 2017 Kia Niro and every time I took my car there, I have not been disappointed but on the contrary felt huge relief about the cost and solution they offered. The latest was how their meticulous notes on the diagnostics helped me win the battle with Kia dealer who was refusing to acknowledge the current problem to be related to safety recall. Christian and Cesar and their master technician’s feedbacks to me were invaluable tools for me to get back to Kia dealership and their Customer Care.
